Borren Chen is now the HR Director, Greater China for Nalco. He graduated from National Taipei University of Technology.
Borren started his HR career in Unilever, where he was appointed the HR Director. Prior to that, Borren worked for 3M at technical positions.
In Borren’s career history, he has ever worked for various industries including FMCG, foods, chemical and electric. In his over 30 years’ working experience, Borren worked as the HR Director or HR VP of Greater China or Asia Pacific for Wyeth, Heinz, InBev and Chemtura. Borren obtained profound insight in HR in greater China and Asia Pacific regions through years’ of HR management and successful HR projects.
Borren is good at organization development and he has proven successful records in helping organizations develop learning systems.

陈正洁先生于联合利华公司开始他的人力资源职业生涯，并曾担任联合利华人力资源总监一职。此前，陈先生于3M台湾公司从事技术岗位工作。
陈先生的职业经历中包含了快速消费品、食品、化工、电子等多元行业背景。在其迄今长达30多年的工作经历中，陈先生曾先后服务于惠氏、亨氏、英博、科聚亚等企业，担任中国区人力资源总监、亚太区人力资源总监、中国区人力资源副总裁等高阶职位。陈先生对于中国大陆、香港、台湾等地区，乃至亚太地区的人力资源管理积累了深厚的心得并成功实施过多个人力资源管理项目。
陈先生专长于组织发展，并擅长为企业建立实施学习与发展体系。
