Angel Yu is the VP, Partner Resources for Starbucks Greater China.
Angel has a Bachelor degree from Shanghai Normal University. She also holds the EMBA degree from CEIBS.
She has about 20 years Human Resources management experiences in multinational companies and local enterprises mainly in sports and FMCG industries. She worked in adidas China Group as vice president of human resources and over nine years led her function and supported the management team as they grew the business from less than $50 million up to almost $1 billion. Angel also has extensive retail credentials having served as the vice president for human resources at both USG Sports and Starbucks China (with additional responsibility for the Asia-Pacific region). In USG, Angel led all aspects of human resources policy and implementation for large retail organizations operating over thousands of retail stores and over 20000 people.
Angel is adept at building human resources and organizational systems from the ground up, however she prides herself on the high-value add contributions she makes to leadership team function as well as to organizational competency and talent development. She believes HR strategy should be one of the most critical components in the overall business strategy.

她先后在多家世界知名跨国公司和中国大型的民营企业担任人力资源高层管理职位，其中包括安利，阿迪达斯，USG Sports和星巴克等公司。余华女士曾担任阿迪达斯大中华区的人力资源副总裁。在阿迪达阿斯服务的9年期间，她创建领导人力资源部门，帮助公司实现了在中国市场从几个亿人民币的业务发展到近百亿的规模。她也担任过中国最大的体育用品零售集团USG的人力资源副总裁。建立了集团总部和公司整合方案。她领导的人力资源部门支持几千家门店和几万员工的招募和培训。
余华女士精通人力资源各个领域。 她的突出贡献在于帮高速增长的企业创建高效专业的职业管理领导团队，促进组织能力发展，制定并实施培养本土人才计划，参与企业兼并整合与变革，完善人力资源体系,使之系统化，专业化，使人力资源部门成为公司业务不可缺少的战略伙伴。
