This Site is created by HR Administration & Strategy Association (Chinese name: 中国人力资源同业公会), hereinafter referred to as "HASA".
PLEASE READ THIS STATEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU CONTINUE TO ACCESS TO THIS WEB SITE (the "Site").
WHEN YOU REGISTER AT THIS WEB SITE, YOUR TRUE NAME and EMPLOYER NAME ARE REQUIRED. Before you complete all your profile mandatory requested by HASA, your application may NOT be approved!

This statement (the "Statement") contains the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) governing the user (the "User" or "Users") access to and use of the this web Site and the services (as each are defined below) provided by HASA. These Terms and Conditions, together with all charters, policies, rules of HASA and your Service Activation Agreement (if applicable), form a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you and HASA.  Your access to or use of this web Site or services indicates you have read and accepted the binding agreement and agree to conform to all related legal requirements. You are agreeing to use this Site at your own risk. If you do not accept this Agreement or you do not meet or comply with their provisions, you may not use this Site or the services. HASA reserves the rights to edit, modify, or update this Agreement from time to time. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by HASA.
Use of this site must not violate the laws, regulations and public morals. Users shall not be mailed to or from this Site or send any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening the national and / or public safety or other potentially illegal materials.

All information presented in and to this Site, including but not limited to data, text, graph, image, voice, video or etc., are the sole property of HASA or its licensors and are protected by China and international intellectual property, copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for the limited licenses expressly granted to you in this Agreement, HASA reserves for itself and its licensors all other rights and interest. Without limitation on the foregoing or prior written consensus from HASA, you may not copy, reproduce, disseminate, publish, distribute, repost, adapt, compile, modify, display or sell the contents, or use them in any other way for public or commercial purpose. Meanwhile, without prior written consensus from HASA or its licensors, any third party must not create image on the server not owned by HASA. Any behavior that using this Site without authorization violates the intellectual property of the People's Republic of China or related international treaties.

It is not stored on any medium other than for subsequent viewing or for personal use;

Privacy Policy
HASA is a non-profit legal body sanctioned by law of the People's Republic of China and operates in both Hong Kong SAR and Mainland of China. All activities of HASA shall conform to China laws and the local legal requirements where HASA operates, to ensure the interests of HASA members. Therefore, all personal profiles registered at HASA or this Site should use the TRUE name consistent with that on the individual's ID card or passport. When the User or member registers at HASA, he/she may be required to provide legal identity (e.g. Number of ID card or passport), location, address, education background, career history and etc.. The User or member should provide authentic information accordingly;
If the User or member provides false information, HASA has the rights to deprive the user identity or membership of the individual, meanwhile, the person shall no more be entitled to powers and interests as a HASA member or a User of this Site;
HASA requires the User's or the member's personal information with the only purpose of internal contact and statistics. The executive bodies of HASA and the staff have the rights to use all Users' or members' information. We do not disclose to any third party the personal information about Users' or members' individual visits to HASA, or personal information that Users or members provide to HASA. The term of "Third parties" indicates to including with no limitation to the organization or individual out of HASA. Exceptions are set forth below:
1. HASA has obtained the User or member's prior authorization;
2. Required per the sentence by the court, legal arbitrary organs or other legal procedures;
3. Other requirements as requested by the law.


Disclaimers and Limitations on HASA's Liability
HASA has used reasonable care and skill in compiling the material in this Site but assumes no responsibility for its correctness, punctuality, completeness, reliability or any action or decision taken or not taken as a result of using this Site. HASA acts as a portal for the online distribution and publication of User submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring materials posted by Users.;
If notified by a User of certain information which allegedly does not conform to this agreement, HASA may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such information. HASA may take any action with respect to User submitted information that it deems necessary or appropriate, in its sole discretion. Under any circumstance, HASA has no liability or responsibility to Users for such activities;
HASA bears no responsibilities or liabilities to Users for performance, nonperformance or errors of this Site;
HASA and the lisensors have no liabilities or responsibilities to Users for any action or decision taken or not taken as a result of using this Site;
HASA has no liability or responsibility to any direct or indirect or punitive losses caused to Users, including but with no limitation to business pause, data missing or profit loss;
HASA and the liscensors have no responsibilities or liabilities on any loss to User's computer system, finance or other software or hardware loss caused by virus or destructive programs downloaded from or by using, entering or visiting this Site;
HASA and the licensors bear no responsibilities or liabilities on any direct or indirect damages or loss caused by the third parties' illegal hiking into this web Site and acquiring passwords, materials or contents;
Nothing on this Site shall be considered an endorsement, representation or warranty with respect to any User or third party, whether in regards to its web site, products, services, hiring, experience, employment or recruiting practices, or otherwise.

Law and jurisdiction
This Agreement and all disputes or arguments related to this Site or the statements of this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Peoples' Republic of China. In relation to any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (“Proceedings”), each of the parties irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China tribunal and courts.
HASA reserves the interpretation rights on this Statement and the use of this Site.
