 Individual Member -- Occupation Credential(Certified Member)  

HASA is an organization which conducts exams and issues effective certifications for occupational credentials officially approved by Chinese government.
HASA is also the only organization in China officially licensed and endorsed by Chinese government to accredit overseas certifications for occupational credentials.
The occupational credentials issued by HASA are officially accredited and endorsed by Chinese government and are widely acknowledged in a global range in relevant industries.
HASA commenced its vocational training scheme back to year 2009. As a part of a pilot program to upgrade the employment rate of fresh tertiary graduates, Shanghai municipality consigned HASA to lead the pilot program for 50 universities. By today, thousands of graduates have received HASA program. And 100% of the trainees have been working for international big names for several years.
Today, HASA collaborates with senior HR practitioners, scholars to select the most updated front-line cases in order to integrate HR and occupational education theories and practices in a both Chinese and global range. HASA endeavors to embed advanced educational & training concepts and methodology into occupational knowledge base, aiming at developing vocational educational system for occupational credentials fitting Chinese economy and widely acknowledged by the industry.
Today, HASA certified members are accessible to a database of over 220 K in-house HR practitioners, and 5 million line managers. The certified individuals' resumes and profiles will be pushed to employers in 1st priority by HASA filtering enginee. (Please be noted that we provide this service only to individual members who have not bound account with group account.)

International Risk Management Credentials (IRM-HATM)
Since August, 2016, HASA determines to launch the International Risk Management Credentials (IRM-HATM), . This Certification has been officially acknowledged by regulations of China National Ministry of HR and Social Security.
With 140 years' experiences of risk management research, Australia and Newzealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), as a member of HASA Committee of Expertise, participates in the drafting of the exams. This program comprises 140 years' experiences and real cases of risk management, and HASA's capabilities of integrating academic resources and localizationg, concentrating on knowledge and skills of risk identifying, analyzing, evaluating and controlling in processes of fundrasing, investing, finance, IPO and compliance of public companies, procurement, production, sales, R&D, employment, environment, legal issues and etc..

Australia and Newzealand Institute of Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF ) is the independent body specialized in insurance and finance, founded in 1884 as the world's first institution of insuarnce and finance, ranked as one of the 3 biggest academic bodies of insuarnce and finance.
 
HASA acknowledges the certification holder who holds an ANZIIF valid certification of Risk Management before August 1, 2016 is automatically eligible for certified membership of HASA. Since August 1st, 2016, all applicants for ANZIIF certifications of Risk Management series from China should pass the certiying procedures of HASA and IRM-HATM exams. The successful applicant will hold both HASA certified membership and ANZIIF certification.
     

Career Development Certifications (CDC-HETM)
Since Sept. 2016, HASA determines to launch the Career Development Certification (CDC-HETM), This program combines the Body of Knowledge (BOK) and assessment criteria of HASA occupational credentials. Based on experiences in pre-job orientation for fresh graduates backing to 2009, this program helps comprehensively upgrade the returnees' adaptability to Chinese job market and market context, and evaluates returnees' understanding and application of industrial sectors and occupational skills.
CDC is a program that connects hi-potential professionals with employers. The training curriculum and certification standards were directly defined by HASA corporate members, council members, committee of expertise and certified tutors. Meanwhile, participation of designated trainings of CDC program will accumulate the valid training hours of corresponding HASA occupational credentials, and the applicant will be entitled to other HASA occupational credentials after he/she passes the exams and/or assessment.
The CDC certification holders will be accessible to a database of over 220 K in-house HR practitioners, and 5 million line managers. Through the system, the certified individuals can attach his/her competence profile with the resume at an hiring agent to improve the career competitiveness.
